I hired Jerald Gray (Quality Spray Roofing) to remodel a building in Middlesboro Kentucky. Gave him a $10k deposit for materials and then a few weeks later another $10k to start paying labor with a 6-to-8-week completion time. at the 6 weeks mark, I travel from the Birmingham Alabama area which is where I live thinking the project would be almost complete. $20k in and nothing had been done. He finally started work, 2 new walls were installed but not secured to the floor or ceiling joists. Also had some electrical outlets and switches installed, but when you flipped the switch sparks in the light switch, and I turned the power off the building. Jerald stopped communicating with me until he sent me an item list of how he spent my $20k and told me he was not going to complete the project. The total time I waited on Jerald to complete the work was around 8 months. work never was completed by Jerald Gray. I was sent via messenger that he had done the same thing to other people. He has/had good reviews but beware if you decide to use any company that Jerald Gray owns, he is from Barbourville/ Flat Lick Kentucky.

I would recommend them to anyone they were in and out fast and we are really pleased with the unity and the work.
