The work is not finished, 3 weeks out. It was estimated for 2 days and is still NOT finished on what we agreed upon. The owner is keep lieing to me that he will come and finished it but 3 weeks later nothing happened.

After another construction company tried to install, a crooked and poorly stained stair railing, I reached out to Quality Stairs and Woodworking. They far exceeded my expectations, and everything about the process was awesome. The stairway railing looks great and is very stable. Their product and installation was great. Since that other company took our railing with them, we needed something right away. It was completed that very week. Both Joe and John are awesome and really know their stuff!

The people who installed my bamboo flooring tried to replace my stairs, hand railings and balusters. They assured me they could do a good job. Unfortunately, they did a really terrible job. About half way through, I told them I no longer wanted them to continue, and started a search on Home Advisor for someone truly capable. Quality Stairs and Woodworking did an EXCELLENT job. I couldn't be happier. This was an expensive experience for me, but certainly worth it in the end.

Joe is fantastic. He is an artist when working with wood. Turn our disappointment from our stair installation to a wonderful fix plus the railings he installed are awesome. Would recommend him to everyone if you need new stairs and railings done in your home or business.

Joe built us a great staircase, solid, sturdy and nicely done. We are bringing him back to do custom handrails for both sets of stairs. Will report back on how that went.

His work is quality and and is excellent. He is very particular, easy to work with and very honest. We have hired him several more times. As a matter of fact, he is doing some work for us now! Needless to say, we are very pleased with his work and if we were to need more work done, he would be the first person we would call.
