excellent!!

He was hired ti fix cracking between bricks and a few broken bricks. He quoted me a price to redo all steps and another price to fix cracks and replace cracked mortor. When he finished he left a mess. He did not clean mortor from bricks which left them discolored. He did not fix all of cracks. The mortor he replaced was alot wider tha other mortor. This is now obvious that the steps have been patched. He put some bad brick to replace the cracked brick. One line of bricks srick out about 1/2 inch at the end more than the rest of the brick. I called him and complain about the mortor on the brick and he came today without anything to clean it. I also tol him I want all of the cracks in the brick fixed. I have already paid him and I feel that I am now getting the run around. He claims that he didnt charge me enough. He gave me a price to do what I told him needed to be done. Not happy with his work. These are the front steps and I feel it looks so bad that it depreciates the price if the house. The mortor that he replaced was a dark grey but the existing mortor was a light grey
