Quality Tile Installation

Keith Freese is not a dependable contractor. I accepted his proposal for tile work. After weeks of waiting for him to start the job, he texts me 3 days before he was scheduled to start saying ?I?m no longer available to do your project? Not only did he waste weeks of my time and put me in a real bind, but he wasn?t man enough to call me with an explanation and apology. Do not use this guy! He is not dependable or ethical.

Keith promptly responded to my request for quote. Quality of work excellent. So easy to work with. Good service for fair price.

Very professional got the job done in a timely manner.

Keith is the best! Professional, on-time, courteous, and friendly. He recommended tile for me and gave me the scope of the entire project before starting. He did an amazing job!!! He cleaned up and kept my house clean. The quality of his work is outstanding!! I had a large corner shower closet with some tight angles and floor slope issues. He did the demo, new base, and retiling. Unbelievable how beautiful it looks! I have more tile to replace in the future and will definitely be calling Keith for the job. I would recommend him to anyone needing tile work.

Would highly recommend Quality Tile! He did a great job. Was courteous and neat! We are extremely happy with the work! Will definitely use them again!

Very fast to response, they did really good job, they provided me the best solution.

Keith was awesome, answered all my questions prior to the service date, showed up right on time, and finished our shower earlier than the quoted 3 days. He also removes the debris as he works, I would recommend him to anyone needing tile work of any kind, he's been doing tile work since he was 13, I think he said.

Keith was a consummate professional. He did quality work for a fair price, communicated the project timeline, used drop cloths and cleaned up after himself. He did the work when he said he would and finished the project early. We highly recommend Keith and his work.

Keith Reece was respectable, clean, and efficient. The project looks amazing!! Tile he did looks better than rest of the tile in the house. He cleaned up everything, left no mess, and left my children and I in awe of our bathroom floor. Most definitely would recommend him to anyone!!

Keith Freese did an amazing job! He installed 900 sq ft of porcelain tile in our basement. Also, he installed marble tile flooring in our upstairs bathroom and built a marble tile shower. He has a very high work ethic. He worked very hard and for long hours. He removed our old ceramic and vinyl tile flooring from basement. He removed flooring from upstairs bathroom and added new sub flooring. Also, he tore out our old fiberglass shower. He moved furniture, and hauled off all debris. One person commented that the tile in our bathroom was some of the most beautiful he had ever seen. Keith was a perfectionist and very knowledgeable. He was trustworthy and reasonably priced, and fulfilled all of his commitments. We made several changes to our original plans, and he did not charge much for these changes. He was nice to our dogs and was very friendly and courteous to our family. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Keith is a true professional. He is one of the rare contractors that does excellent work, shows up on time, and works efficiently. The price for my project was very fair—significantly less than other quotes I received—and the quality of the work was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was just as I wanted and also helped me install floating shelves when the project was done. I highly recommend Quality Tile Installation.

Keith was fantastic in every aspect from communication to quality of workmanship! Plus he kept his work area clean and left the finished showers neat. He completed two showers that he had to tear out previous incorrect installation in order to properly install for our new construction. I highly recommend him for any tile work.

Very professional. Laid down tarps to protect my other flooring. Did not take shortcuts lime tiling over vinyl as others suggested. Was on time every day and did a great job.

If you want a wonderful gentleman, and skilled tradesman you really need to hire Keith Freese of Quality Tile Installation. His work ethic is amazing, and to find a workman that cleans up after himself , and to be respectful of my dogs. He Helped me move furniture, and hook up my washer and dryer, showed me how to remove linoleum easier etc. He just took his time, and did an amazing job. He installed around 600 sq ft. Of plank tile for me., and I am so delighted with his work. I have two more projects to complete, and I am comforted to know I found someone to call on for my next project. Thank you Keith for a job well done. Margaret Knox

Keith is a great communicator with his clients. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and the outstanding quality of his work tiling my kitchen and backsplash. He worked hard every day and did not juggle between other jobs going on at the same time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND QT for your next tiling project.
