Carlos and his buddy did a tremendous job and it was during extremely strong winds. Carlos worked his way up & down and around the entire tree making his cuts. He's a savant at tree cutting. All was cleaned up when they were finished. Excellent work!!

Joe is a very busy man. He usually takes time to answer your call. In my case, delay answering calls made me very anxious when I tried to coordinate with PG&E to take down the power line before they showed up. In the end, it all worked out fine and I am very happy with their service.

We hired Joe to cut down a large birch tree in our yard. Joe provided the lowest bid for this project. His crew came out the day we hired Joe and completed the job in less than an hour. Joe and his crew were courtesous to use and did an excellent job cleaning up branches, etc. from the birch tree

Very experienced, professional, and well informed about the biology of trees. Great sense of aesthetics and tree growth patterns and how to take care of trees over the long run. Quality Tree Care did an outstanding job for us. They were easy to work with, very good quote, showed up on time, did a quality job, and cleaned up the backyard well. The owner also emailed me his certificate of insurance, etc. That my husband wanted to see. We will use Quality Tree Care again when the need arises. Thanks for a job well done!!!

Joe was very prompt in responding to my request for pricing hte job. When we went to schedule the work he had a few things up in the air and would not commit to a date. He then told my wife he would be there on Thursday and he was a no show. THen we come home from work Friday and the trees were cut down. Overall his work was well performed just had difficulty with commiting to the schedule.

Prefessional, skilled staff. The liquid amber I had pruned was about 30-40 feet high and they did a great job. Stumps were ground for a reasonable cost. Other estimates applied the same stump grinding fee for each stump, where as Joe was fair and charged a flat fee to grind the first stump and each subsequent stump was for a reduced fee. Money well spent. :-)

Joe, from Quality Tree Care, was great. He was prompt in giving me an initial bid, which was one of the lowest amounts. I called him back out to ask about including 2 more trees and he was willing to work with my budget. He followed up for several days until we finally picked a day to do the work. He removed a 40+ foot Cyprus in a very small space and 2 large Palm Trees within 5 hours and there was very little evidence he was even there. All the clippings and dirt was cleaned up with minimal saw dust. He was also kind enough to remove a small palm tree that was growing in our front yard and trim another small tree at no charge. I highly recommend him.
