Fabulous and professional

They quoted haul off of the tree but did not do it. They left all of the tree limbs and trunk in front of the house and said Fema would get them after they were paid to haul them off. They left most of the tree trunk and did not cut it all the way down. The price was gouged and I felt raped after the whole ordeal. Do not hire them and definitely do not trust Sydney. Hire another company if you can.

Dennis and his Team did an AMAZING job and a very, very old Live Oak that hadn't been taken care of for decades. Careful, thoughtful and thorough work. My Tree looks healthy, large, classic and wonderful. Can you tell I am happy with the work? I am exceedingly happy. And they cleaned everything up, including the neighbors drive way. Also, taught me how to care for the tree and how to help it after the trimming. This tree is huge by the way, spans my lot and half of the lots next to me plus twice the height of my house. This was not an easy job. But The crew rocked it, rolled it and made it look great. Highly recommend them!

Contractor, Mr Sidney, treated me with dignity and respect. He listened to my thoughts and answered my questions in way that acknowledged me as an adult with options as to wear I spend my money. I am a woman of color and the quickest way to lose my business is to be condescending to my ability to conduct business.

They did a great job from start to finish! I was also very impressed by the fact that Sydney (the estimator/company rep) came out and met me on the property no less than 4 times before we selected a company. He was also always very accessible. The whole crew was great also: Dennis, Paul, Chris, Dominic and all of the others... all very courteous, very professional and very hard workers. Workers were on time, very professional and did a good job for the most part. However, the boss was in a hurry to get to other jobs. I was not happy with the trimming of our crape myrtles. I wanted the tree limbs cut away from our new awning and I wanted the twigs eliminated which they did not do. They continually told us they could not do certain things because it would be bad for the trees. I disagree with their opinions. They also did not cut back the holly bushes enough. My husband has had to do it again within 2 weeks.

They responded quickly to come do the quote and after I called to hire them it took them 2 weeks or more for them to actually come do the work. They then came the day before it was scheduled and I was not even home. They were thorough in the cleanup and removal but their customer service is not as professional as it should have been.

Needed a large palm tree removed. Guys came out and did a great job and left the site clean.

Quality completed the work in a prompt, professional and cost competitive manner. They were most accommodating in completing the project and had the right people and equipment to handle the job. I recommend them highly.

Quality Tree LLC came to my home, made a bid and wrote a contract signed by Ricky and signed by me. Then he never responded to further emails, calls and never returned to the property to conduct or finish business. No reason, no explanation. The questions above are really unknowns as he never started the project.

Owner Rickie and his whole crew did excellent job removing large tree and were extremely courteous. Did great job of clearing yard and driveway of debris. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal.
