Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. It turned out he was unable to fix my washer because the part needed is no longer available. The only customer service issue was that I was told the technician would call me the day before the appointment and again when he was on his way to my house. I didn't get either of the calls.
We call the morning of service never the day before. technicians cannot see the route until the day of service. Mike is usually very good at calling and leaving voicemails. did we have the right number for you? because my team is instructed to not run a call with out making phone contact. usually we get panic calls when people miss his morning call. because he leaves a voicemail stating that if he doesn't hear back the call will be rescheduled.
First they were able and willing to squeeze me in for a cancellation spot which reduced my already not ridiculous wait. Second, the tech fully assessed the issue, gave me a quote, and got to work with my approval. he has already bought anticipated supplies and wemt to it quickly. Third, theyare had to order supplies for my other project and it took a while for them to receive them but once they did they communicated and scheduled promptly.
They never showed up during appointment window. Called to check on the technician and was told we would receive service that day from another tech and 2nd tech did not show up. Called company 3 additional times that day and all calls/messages were unanswered. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.
They came quickly and did great work.
Clothes dryer stopped working. The technician came out immediately, walked me through what he did and the dryer is working great! Fixed a couple other minor issues unrelated to the main issue as well.
He just said I needed a new motor. Did not go into detail. I had to be the one to ask the life span of a dishwasher. He didn't even bother to ask me that. The dishwasher was over 10 years old so obviously it was stupid to put in a motor. This guy was NO HELP! And it cost me $75.
Quick, friendly, cooperative with scheduling, and got the job done.
I wound up only paying the service fee because the repair estimate was more than the appliance was worth . Alberto was quick, courteous & professional told me all the things wrong with my washing machine. I made the decision to buy a new washing machine instead of paying for all the repairs it needed . I would definitely hire Quality U Expect again .
Skip was great. He went over and above, fixing both my dryer door and a leaky faucet at no extra charge. He was fast, professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
