Prices were higher than their competitors.

Response was the same day I made the request. Bob was able to come that evening to explain the product offering and installation process. He emailed me a quote in a timely manner. After making them my selection of vendors, the installation process was only made difficult by the 12 inch rocks that were encountered by Spencer digging the trench to lay new pipes in my yard. I have to say that I admire the work ethic displayed by Spencer when confronted with a difficult terrain. I am very satisfied with the performance of this installation and equipment.

The price I was quoted, was the price I paid.Very nice young man came and did the work.Very happy with his work.

Estimate received promptly and installation of new system was flawless. Dramatic improvement in water quality and flow. This was the only company to test the water to determine what issues the new system needed to address. Impressed with knowledge of the sales rep.

Bought a home in West Boca and it had an existing water filtration system. Helped me get everything up to speed!

Arrived promptly. All service people very personable. Solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them. Nancy S

quick to respond ,even tried to correct problem on phone for like 15 min ,very professional

Very pleasant experience. Professional. Knowledgeable with the product and the city water quality. Very accommodating to my work schedule. Highly recommend.

Bob came to my house the same day I called. The system was installed 2 days later.

Great job, tied did what they said they would.

Very Professional. Great product at a fair price. Installation on time and neatly done.

Easy to get appointment scheduled and very happy.

I was impressed with Quality Water Consultants. They are so much better than my previous company. I had them do an inspection on my water softener and they told me that the new city water chemistry was affecting my water softener and he helped me fix the issue. They found a significant error by another company and helped me fix that too. These guys are great.

We have actually used them twice, installing a water filter under our sink. Their prices are reasonable. They even did a little research for us before committing. We have been very happy with their service.

It's been 7 months all is well

It would be ok

I would like to commend Bob Mc Carthy, George and Spence on their professionalism, and expertise in the field of water treatment and softening. Bob has been honest and upfront about delivering on his promises if you need a water softener install and expertise in this field then Quality Water Consultants are your pros...you should strongly consider. George will be on point with the install and will have you up and running in about 1 hr. If there are any issues or questions they will be responsive and correct any concerns that arise about your system immediately these guys are A plus Quality.

These guys are true professionals, we had severe reactions to the city water coming in recently (perhaps due to seasonal adjustments), they came in, performed a water analysis, determined water contained high levels of chlorine, they checked with the city and confirmed it was actually chloramine (combination of chlorine and ammonia). They explained that specific media had to be used to remove these chloramines. They quoted a very reasonable price, we accepted and the next day it was installed, problem solved, aside form the filter we chose to add a water softener, can't be happier !!

Was contacted the same day and had a new water filter installed the next day, Bob solved our problem and our drinking water is fabulous.

They were excellent and met all commitments in a timely manner

Quick, easy & very nice.
