If I could give them six stars I would. Randy installed a replacement water softener at a very fair price, made no mess, and even installed new pipe that had two leaky water valves at no additional charge. He came in on a Monday went over the new system and installed it the next day. Randy is very knowledgeable, explains everything, and doesn't try to upsell. By far one of the best contractors I have dealt with and I highly recommend him.

Previous Owner installed a Culigun water treatment system so I had Culigun come out and assess the system (which they charged me over $100 to do). They told me that I would need at complete Calcite cylinder replacement, at a cost of $2000. Also had RightNow Plumbing come out and they also recommended replacement, at a cost of $1800 (free estimate). I had Randy from Quality Water come out to give me a third opinion (also free estiamte) and he said that he could rebuild the cylinder and install more filter medium for $350. Culigun said the analog head unit was old and we needed a new digital one but Randy said they only stopped making that head unit a few years ago. He even had pictures of the same head unit on his flyers. His assistant came out and rebuild it and refill they cylinder within a week. This was an outstanding transaction, I would highly recommend Quality water, honest, fair assessment, work was done quickly for the price quoted. I'll will be using them anytime I need water treatment system work and will have them come out for the annual assessment. Both Randy and the Gentleman he has working for him are great to deal with and did outstanding work. I understand they also do hot water heater work and will call them if I have a problem with ours. Thanks Randy and his worker who did the rebuild definitely worth a 5 star rating, can't go wrong with Quality Water. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a water treatment system.

Randy Randy was Very punctual on both appointments. He was attentive to my questions, provided comprehensive explanation in language i understood. I Desired more than a simple install which was done without charge. Im Very pleased with service, installation, and cost.
