Randy and his team are super professional. They promptly provided the water softener with all the specifications and went into great detail to explain the system and its usage. I highly recommend their system as it is easy to use and of industrial-grade quality. I would give them a 5-star rating.

We got the water softener system and the RO installed by Zach from Quality Water LLC. Zach was very detailed and helpful in explaining each and everything he was doing and educating us about both the systems. I am very happy that we went with Quality water as we got quotes from other vendors like Costco and all and they were really really expensive. We are really enjoying the soft water for our house and the purified drinking water.

We have used Quality Water on two different occasions. Zach on the first appointment and Timothy on the second. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They both explained how our water treatment system works and didn't try and push other things that we didn't need. My wife and I learned more from them, then we did from the company who installed it 15 years a go. We highly recommend this company. Thanks again for the great service.

Family company, he took over for his uncle and was a family man. The two installers were both family man and were early, friendly, and I would highly recommend. Just really good guys.
