I had a bad water issue in my basement and instead of digging up the concrete floor and installing french drains, Humberto addressed the issue of water getting in in the first place. He sealed and refinished our driveway and waterproofed the area where driveway met the foundation of the house. Also installed sump pump in landing of basement stairs and installed drains in the window wells. He was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

I had restoration of brick porches, flagstone sidewalks and a concrete driveway. All of the work was scheduled and completed during a 2 week period. The team was extremely professional and skilled. Humberto thoroughly explained the processes they would use. The company used quality products to do the work. Worksite was left clean every day. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I have already recommended this company to several neighbors and friends. However, the work speaks for itself. People are stopping by to compliment the job and ask who did it. I hired Humberto and company to do some work to my back walk-up; including structure repair, adding a step, burying a pipe for the sump pump and adding some height from the front step plus a railing. Adding waterproofing and concrete surface protection. Humberto carefully explained every suggestion. Always communicated any delay due to weather. He immediately and completely answered questions and concerns. The sub-contractors hired were also professional, punctual, hardworking. Not only on time, but the project was also completed early beyond expectations.
