Rob and his team of Bob, Dave, and Steven did a great job of replacing our old boiler! Rob REALLY knows boilers and gave the best explanation of what we needed of all the vendors we had contacted. The installation is a "work of art" as all the piping, etc. is mounted on a metal clading they put over the basement wall. But that's, of course, secondary to the technical installation itself. They added a third zone to help us get more efficient heating for separate areas in our house. And their cleanup was wonderful--the floor was cleaner than before they started work. I HIGHLY recommend Rob and his Quality West team!

We loved working with these guys. Rob clearly explained the process at our estimate meeting, and just one day later the project was complete. He provided a balanced review of the options and pointed us in the right direction. The crew was very professional and friendly, and they took good care of our house (specifically the carpet) in their immediate work area. We will definitely hire them again for future furnace needs, and when it's time to install an AC unit.
