Very professional, very kind, went straight to work, only stopped for a quick lunch and then back to work...took him only 2 days to put the metal roof on and now no leaks! Mike was very polite and thorough in his explanation of the installation process. He was always prompt and communicated clearly what parts of the project he could or could not approach with the given tools. He installed a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink and faucet for us and we are pleased to have our kitchen back up and running again!

I Got my electric washer and gas dryer connected. I had the wrong gas hose. Mike was a big help and offered to go down the street to get the right hose at the hardware store. He was friendly and made sure everything he connected didn t leak or have any issues before he left. He made sure my appliances ran sufficiently.

Mike was punctual and responsive to my call. He really knows his stuff, but won't tackle a job unless he can complete it to the highest standard. I found him to be honest, trustworthy, and fair. The job was finished to my complete satisfaction.

My experience was great, and Mike was able to save me money by repairing my garbage disposal rather than putting a new one in.

Quality Woodwork was on time, innovate with solutions offered to problems (existing before he arrived) and cleaned up the space before he departed. ^ These are all things you might expect to hear, but it should be mentioned that this individual demonstrated that he really cares about his clients. It was nice to find someone who was real, personable and was not in a hurry to get out of there and onto the next job. ** Edit: I am updating this review from 5-stars down to half because the business owner never followed up on his promise to provide an additional service (which we paid for in extra hours added to the visit). The install of our oven left a gap in the top of the area where it was installed. The promise was that Quality Woodwork would return with a pre-predrilled fitting to remove the gap.
