They actually do really good work but fail in custom service and keeping promises schedule and even showing up on the day they say they will. Multiple days and confirmed appointment times were not kept and they would run 2 to 5 hours late. Which is unfortunate because they floors turned out great and good quality. Improve scheduling and customer service and things would be great.

It was easy to work with them and they did the install in a few days. He even ordered the matching vinyl so it would match the upstairs bathroom.

Zack came out to quote the project. His attention to detail and quality of work was what I appreciated the most. I have already recommended him to my daughter. His team did a great job repairing my floors. They are just good people.

They do really quality work, and I appreciate that they are up front and honest about pricing. They completed a floor and trim in our office for a very reasonable price, and even came back on the weekend to finish the job.

QWC installed laminate flooring, bathroom tile and replaced our baseboard trim. Zach was very approachable and easy to get a hold of with questions or concerns. Our 1000 sq ft project took a total of 5 days. The price was significantly less than other competitors which made us hesitant at first but we would definitely use them again for other projects. They were receptive to criticisms and very professional. For example, there were parts of the laminate that were unlevel or tile that didn't have grout around them. They quickly fixed the problem. The quality was good. Towards the end, the trim work had a few imperfections which is why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 for quality. Otherwise I would highly recommend for any laminate or tile project.

They did a great job with our tile and wood floor and were right where we needed them on price. I would highly recommend these guys.

They gave very good price on labor, but sneak in charges through materials--billing me way more tiles, trim tiles and mortar than actually needed. For example, charged me 104 line foot trim tiles, but my bathtub walls only has about 30 foot line; my three wall of bathtub is about 70 sqaure foot, and they charged my 2 buckets of mortar, total of 7 gallons, for $124. One bucket of mortar can cover 175 square foot. The quality of work is fine.

The crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The did the installation quickly and efficiently and the result was outstanding. I would hire them again for any tile work I needed done and I would definitely recommend them to others.
