They don't do quality work and when you contact them to fix their mistakes, they want to charge you for fixing them. We had them tile all our bathrooms and a couple rooms. We had to bring them back to fix things like missing grout, etc. It looked pretty good, but we noticed that they didn't do a good job. Some of the tiles cracked, some sound hollow like they don't have enough thin set. In the showers they are missing grout and flat surfaces are sloping toward the wall. We reached out to them to make the fixes and they ignored our texts and calls initially. So, we stayed at it and when Linda finaly called back, the said that, "when they finish a job they are done" and they will give us an estimate to fix their problems. She had a fair amount of attitude as well about it. So, no, we won't be bringing them back and we would recommend you would with someone who stands behind their work. This company is a joke.
