Would have gotten a 5, but they have not contacted me yet for the 1 year's maintenance that was included with the job.

Make sure you are present when they do the work. Ask them to show you the city permit and requirements before they start. Too bad the service is average, they re the only one honest in their ac unit and job pricing.

After an initial scheduling glitch, Quamec came out and did a super job with the removal of the old A/C equipment and installation of the the new unit. Jose and Alex were very profesional and polite workers that knew what they were doing. They maintained a clean work area and left the worksite as clean as they found it.

Very good job. Within two days after signing agreement installed A/C. Very fast approval for financing. A/C works great 2 1/2 Ton condo. Comparable good price while other A/C companies wanted more ( did comparison shopping). When you call the office there is always someone to talk too.

Excellent team, from sales (O. Crespo y Luis Fajardo), to installers (Frank Martinez and Jorge Cardentey). The price they gave me was the best among the 11 offers from 4 contractors I analyzed. I changed my mind after approve an offer and ended up selecting a 4t Rheem because the lower weight and better cfm and they had no issues on look for the best deal again. The scheduled day the crane guy and the installers arrived on time and worked many hours solving every issue until everything was completed in the best way. Based on my experience I really recommend this company.

They are really good and great customer service. They lend me a portable ac until the job was complete this meant a lot since I have a 3month old baby and a 10 year old. Thank you again great company with great employees

Don t take any of this in the wrong way
They are nice people they do in fact do the work on time and they do in fact decent work. But that s where it begins and ends their customer service is nonexistent and for example in our case we bought for nest units and was not given a demo on any one of them! So the result is it took me forever to figure out how to program my own house with the new nest units and it probably would ve taken quite a Mac 15 extra minutes to show me and trained me on the units. Customer Service is the most important thing today because products are generally competing on the same level with each category. The difference is Customer Service and follow through after the sale.
