Our gas water heater failed on a Friday night. Waking up Saturday a.m. to water in our basement wasn't a pleasant experience. We placed several calls and Quarry Hills was the only company to return our call. Michelle was very helpful with locating the same water heater within a short time frame as the gas heater that failed was still under warranty, to our surprise. She promptly scheduled a tech to our house by 1 p.m. the same day with the new water heater in tow. Seth was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us back up and running. They were straight up with the cost and didn't exceed it when finished with the job. Rebecca followed up with a call to check in on our experience with Quarry and confirmed that they'd forward any warranty information upon receipt. Very professional from start to finish! We won't hesitate using them again for any future issues we may have.

Nothing was done for the 375 I paid for maintenance. He moved some things around everything took roughly 30 mins. He waited by the stairs for his payment as if he did something worth it. Then he forgot to put the washer back on so I ended up with a leak after he left. Totally took advantage- hope it was worth it. NEVER AGAIN.

They were great. Received a response quickly. On time. And gave me alot of information. Took the time to answer my questions and stayed with the estimate.

I called on a Wednesday, and was expecting a call back in the coming days. When I did not get one, I called back, and that same day, they sent two men to our house and they completed three urgent jobs in short order: installed and tested a radiator, repaired a toilet that was failing to refill properly, and replaced a leaking section of our main water line. We will definitely call them again to get this old house in ship shape!

We were easily able to schedule service within a day of calling. We actually had to have them out twice. Once for each of our ac units during a heat wave. They arrived promptly and quickly fixed both units.

Quarry techs showed up earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The condenser units (3) were terribly dirty, as if they were wearing sweaters (I just purchased this 13 yr old house, and looks like previous owners never once cleaned them). They cleaned and tested each unit. One unit had been cutting out when it got really jot outside (the condenser shut off, but fan kept running and it wasn't sending coolant). The lead tech showed me the reading on his meter (upper and lower ranges) and compared them to another unit. The hurting unit was way higher than the one compared to. Rather than milk me with some BS story, the tech let me know the hurting unit could go anytime, but might as well ride it out until it does go, as swapping out the entire system and hydro-coil is going to be $7k to $10k. (yikes!) Only negative comment I have is the apprentice the lead tech had with him was virtually useless and needed to be led by the nose to do anything, otherwise he stood and watched. The price seemed high $150/unit just to spray soap on the condenser fins, spray water to wash it off, read the pressures, and then watch me change the filters in the air handlers. The lead tech was very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. I will use Quarry when it comes time to replace the hurting unit.

They responded right away and fixed the problem with my mini split AC system. Also cleaned up after they were done.

Bill and his crew were very responsive and professional. We have two air conditioning units we needed annual maintenance on. Making an appointment was easy and fast, and their office person was very corteus. When they came, they spent over an hour making sure the units were functional, and gave my son — who was the only person at home at that moment — clear instructions on replacing the filters. The only reason they didn’t quite earn a five is that I had to call them back to have the units vacuumed for the leaves that had fallen in during the winter. I had expected them to do so as part of an annual maintenance service. Bill said that normally they don’t do that, but who else can do it if not them? In any case, Bill didn’t argue, he just sent his crew back in promptly and they quickly vacuumed the units as I asked them to. I will certainly employ Quarry Hills again for the same job next year, and keep them in mind for other plumbing needs. It’s so hard these days to find a responsive and competent plumber!
