Write a ReviewWe recently had the chance to work with Quartz construction ( owner: Ohad) on our construction project for bathroom remodeling and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, transparency. They maintained clear communication throughout the project, kept us informed of progress and any potential changes, and delivered everything on time and within budget. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding — every detail was handled with care and precision. What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were responsive to our questions, respectful of our space, and ensured that the final outcome matched our vision perfectly. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy construction contractor, I wholeheartedly recommend Quartz Construction, Ohad and his team. AJ
We feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Hila. She made the ADU process simple and stress-free, handling everything with care and professionalism. The final space is perfect—efficient, elegant, and exactly what we hoped for. Big thanks to her and the whole crew!
They built a beautiful, durable pergola that fits our outdoor space perfectly. Hila paid close attention to both style and quality. We now have the perfect spot for lounging, gatherings, and enjoying every season.
Quartz Construction built the most beautiful pergola in our backyard, thanks to Ohad. He was easy to work with, listened to our needs, and delivered a structure that’s both stylish and durable. We now have a shaded space where we can relax and entertain guests.
We’re so happy with the work Quartz Construction did on our backyard. Ohad’s team designed and built a gorgeous deck and patio that turned the area into a dream space. The quality and detail are fantastic. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic experience with Ohad’s team on our kitchen remodel. The process was seamless, and the outcome is stunning. The quality of work, materials, and design truly impressed us. Highly recommended!

If you are even remotely thinking about hiring this company for spending your hard earned, life savings for your dream project, my sincere advise from my own dreadful experience is DON'T DO IT. My experience was and continue to be a nightmare. As I made this mistake going with this company for my major house remodel ,which I had planned for and saved money for a long time, but now I am stuck with issues across all the areas they worked on and every day I find myself regretting the decision and cursing this company, my fate, seeing and dealing with the issues every day. My house has become a neighborhood joke and a cautionary tale about remodel mistakes to avoid. I learned the hard way that with this company, the only thing that matters is maximizing their own profit. PERIOD. which means pressuring into changing the scope last minute, hiring very cheap , incapable , inexperienced labor, not paying them as promised on time or paying very little, making them resentful and as payback they do a bad job, or simply walk away from the job. Moreover there is no quality check or monitoring or inspections scheduled , simply shows up to collect check and if questioned about the quality and delays, it's like dealing with the mafia boss. Of course I should have been more courageous and deeply involved to kick them out right in the beginning or enforce timely inspections, question them to catch issues promptly. But that's why we hire and trust these companies right ? Because we have our regular jobs to do. In my case this trust was 100% shattered and I find myself not trusting anybody anymore. Just to name a few issues I am finding after the remodel was as so called "completed" my skylights installation started leaking all over the kitchen, blew up my recessed lighting, due to other roofer review I found that there was no weatherproofing done by the cheap installer he hired who just skipped all the weatherproofing work to maximize his profit. There is no proof of inspection performed. Laundry relocation to garage : crew left a big hole from crawl space into the garage which led rats entering the garage and now I dealing with rat infestation. Attic space barrier from garage into rest of the area broken and never covered , so infestation now spreads all over the house, and now all of us losing sleep every night. Garage completion work and expectations were discussed well in advanced with his associate , but he spend 2 hours to force me into changing the scope, leading to unpleasant, aggressive back and forth so he can save cost on the bloody lumber and labor. Keeps adding to the disappointment . Apparently additional electric sub panel was added for distributing the load, now we intermittently lose power to part of the house requiring hard power reset. Shower basically becomes pool of water due to inaccurate slope . Incorrectly installed my Grohe shower system , now it just throws out extreme hot water Crews do not follow the instruction for installing the fixtures, windows and when corrected , become agitated and aggressive due to rework. Multiple cabinet doors were scratched and dented External smooth stucco work is the biggest joke of all where people can see weirdness and bumps from the street, Despite the fact I had showed him a great , professional stucco job across the street multiple times. Goal was to shove something down my throat as fast as possible and get paid. Internal smooth stucco started showing cracks within 6 months. And the list goes on and on.,, worst part is when contacted about these issues, there is no sense of responsibility and accountability, or offer to help resolve rather I was told to contact the horrible sub contractors he hired and deal with it myself.
First of all, these guys are rockstars. I never thought that I will say this about contractors - but they really impressed us with their professionalism and quality of work. We bought a new house with a big yard for our kids to run around (realizations during the pandemic), but it meant that we had to compromise on the quality of the house interior. It looked really old and didn't look renovated after it was build in the 60s. I started talking to general contractors to get it remodelled and was shocked by the timelines and prices being quoted. I found Ohad (owner of Quartz Construction) via yelp reviews and what struck me most was that everyone was commenting on his clear communication. We had done a remodel of our townhome in the past and it was not a great experience since the contractor kept changing timelines and prices in the middle of the job. My wife and I went to their office and had a detailed conversation with Ohad on what we were looking for. We had just a vague idea of what we wanted and this is where Ohad really helped us. He worked with us to create a plan on how we can make the home better and he even played the role of the designer to change the layout to create a new bedroom and bathroom. Post that, he drafted up everything and gave us a detailed quote on everything. 1. Remove 2 fireplaces and an indoor bbq pit within the home. 2. Change complete flooring. 3. Remove the popcorn cieling (and asbestos) and put new cieling. 4. Complete remodel of kitchen including structural changes. 5. Complete remodel of 2 bathrooms. 6. Construction of a new room and bathroom (with structural change). 7. Remodel the laundry room and guest washroom. 8. Recess lights across the house (close to 80 + recess lights across the house). 9. Painting interior and exterior. 10. New sub-panel for appliances. 11. All the required permits for these. Ohad a quoted a very reasonable price for all of this and he quoted 2 months to finish the project. I was a bit shocked, but he was very confident about it. We really liked the way he communicated and had an open discussion about everything, so we decided to go with him. Ohad had promised us that we will see progress in our house everyday and he kept that promise. His workers are honest, hard working folks and we were really impressed by everyone - especially Omar who was the worksite supervisor. The workers showed up everyday on time (8 am or earlier) and left late evening by 7 pm. They left the worksite so clean after every day's work that we used to wonder whether they were planning to come back the next day :-). Even our new neighbors were commenting about the punctuality and asked us for the contractors phone number for their remodeling (without seeing the interior, just based on the punctuality). We were expecting it to at least take 3-4 months and were prepared for the wait - but the entire project finished in 2 months a 1 week ( 1 week over the agreed timeline). And, the reason why it took 1 week more was since we added exterior painting and slanting roof+insulation for our new bedroom at the last moment. Since almost everything at our place was new, there were things to be fixed and reconfigured after we moved in. Anything we called and asked for was done the same day or the immediate next day. Everyone coming in and seeing the house cannot believe that it was done in 9 weeks (and within the budget) and a lot of my friends are now planning remodelling keeping Ohad and Quartz construction in mind. Ohad always says that he is "talking out loud" so that there is no confusion. It is his way of making sure that everyone is on the same page and there are no surprises. He is brutally honest and that is the best quality a contractor should have. This was the biggest remodeling we ever did and we were expecting a grind - but it was a breeze thanks to Ohad and his men. Highly recommended !!
I hired Quartz Construction for a Master bathroom remodel due to a cracked shower pan. They were very accommodating with preserving what we could to minimize costs on finished materials. Provided great vendor recommendations. Evaluated invoices for competitive prices for materials picked. Their quote was competitive with other contractors. Happy with their craftmanship and thorough attention to detail. They were promptly responsive to each call, text and question but most importantly kept me in the loop on everything. Great customer service. The workers cleaned up after themselves, they were polite and arrived promptly every day.
This is the 4th time I've used Quartz Construction and they gave me a competitive quote for a complete renovation of our old bathroom. As always, Ohad, (the owner) provided guidance on all aspects of the job: materials, design, vendors and schedule which was 3 weeks to complete the job. Ohad's team did a great job and demonstrated outstanding workmanship across all phases of the renovation which included: flooring, tiling, fixture installation, electrical, plumbing and very importantly ensuring all the detail work was completed to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time and again Quartz confirmed that they are true experts in this field.
