These guys were miracle workers! I had a light fixture in the breakfast room that had a socket that wouldn't liite. He fixed it!! Also a ceiling fan that needed lots of attention to details that I would never know about. Runs beautifully and is now secured. They took great care of my furniture by covering them.

The technicians called notifying me that they could arrive earlier than the estimated time. I was happily surprised with the call and agreed. They arrived and replaced our old fans, installed our two new fans in a short time. We will be calling them again to replace and install new fans in the bedrooms in the near future. Thanks again!

I hired Quatro Lighting to install 3 ceiling fans. They provided great customer service, answered all my questions, and did a great job installing the fans. They were reasonably priced and much cheaper than another chain that was referred by home advisor. They even worked me back in the same day when one of the fans I purchased didn’t have a remote as I expected. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 start overall is a small amount of damage when they put in a metal box but that was explained as a possible problem prior to beginning the job. They worked really hard to do a good job and make sure I was happy with the work. They also took care to cover my furniture and clean up after. Overall great experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

On time, professional, friendly service. Happy with the install, but I received two different quotes and ended up paying more than either quote. However, I am pleased with the quality of work but next time I will confirm the cost of repairs before I authorize the work to be done.

On the phone the rep said $70.00, but they actually charged $75.00. Another rep from Quatro called today not knowing I had already had an appointment with Quatro. He said the rate was $90.00. That does not set well with me. Please advise.

"I am very sorry for the misunderstanding, our minimum rate for our Home Advisor clients on a basic 8?-11? install is $75 as advertised with our deal. The scheduler that contacted you gave you our basic rate for all other customers of $95, not knowing that you were 1. a Home Advisor customer 2. That you had already been scheduled. I really hope that the service you received from Quatro was up to your expectations."
