Queen B's Cleaning Services

I hired queen bee to sterilize a room, sanitize it walls floors, carpeting, steam clean, because there was bedbugs in there, and she promised me that she would do a good job. I discovered after she left. She did not do a good job. I still have bugs in my room the pest control was there the day before so she didn?t get. I wasn?t supposed to have live ones in there. If she did, she was supposed to notify me. The pest control said they came back in their re-sprayed, But. She did not have the proper equipment to clean that room properly she was opposed to use a sterilized material cleaner. I did not see this. She did not use her own vacuum cleaner. She used mine. Mine is not an industrial vacuum therefore it was not powerful enough to do anything to pull any of the dead bugs out of my carpet I get paid her $350. I did not get my moneys worth and I?m very very upset. I tried calling her and she would not return my call. I called her several times. She will not return my call. I want you to

Job well done with a great attitude.

The ladies that arrived were pleasant and hardworking. I will have Queen Bee’s help me again soon.

I needed someone to come clean with almost zero notice. This company was willing to work with me to make it work. Once there, she made sure to get done what I needed in the short time we had. She did what I asked and had all her own supplies. I couldn’t have done it without this service being able to come immediately and working so efficiently. Thank you for getting the house wedding party ready!

I had them come do a deep clean of my entire house. The team was amazing! Did an excellent job! The owner Brittany was very easy to get along with.

DO NOT LET CLEAN YOUR HOME- Brittany â Queen Bâ the owner and her significant other came to clean my house. Quoted $150 per week. Tried to charge $350 for 3 hours first time out. It was obviously that she didnâ t come to work. She was taking phone call, YELLING at an employee or customers on my front porch. -Didnâ t clean the bathroom floors or tubs. Didnâ t touch any bedrooms but 1 and only vacuumed. No dusting. They went around and spot dusted with swifter, spot vacuumed, spot mopped. The WORST cleaning Iâ ve ever witnessed. When I told her I wonâ t be wanting her back. She THREATENED ME!!! She wrote a ONE STAR REVIEW on MY business. ANY REVIEW QUEEN B HAS MUST BE FAKE. SEE MY PHOTOS. Proof of the crazy!! Text messages between us, her review on my page, BRITTANY is the owner.

Would not recommend did a very poor job of cleaning if thatâ  s what you call cleaning!

Quick and fairly priced move out cleaning!

I have now hired a local lady.

Very personable young woman!!

Just ok. Queen B got our bill wrong and overcharged us. I think her fees are high.

Thorough job.

great job !!!!

Simply amazing. I've had another cleaner for at least 15 years and the drive got to be too long for her. Queen B's Cleaning Services came in and I discovered that I didn't know what I had been missing for so many years! What a wonderful surprise.

Great job helping me get my house cleaned after Christmas

This is Carol and I just had Owner Brittany do a walk thru meet. Have made appts thru Dec for my cleanings. She was proff. Also answered all my questions. She assigned Joann for the job so as to have The same Person for all cleanings, love that idea. Thank you Brittany looking forward to a great working relationship with your company.

Good personality. Able to discuss future projects and my needs. Good communication.
