The repair work was performed by the business owner Alex, who texted when he was on the way. He only completed what was needed saving me $400 from the initial proposal. He found several gas leaks that were previously undetected, installed a complete gas control system on one fireplace, a remote starter and adjusted the gas/air mix to make the flame taller and more natural. Everything was completed in a very efficient manner. If you are looking for someone to repair your gas fireplace, I highly recommend Queen City. Ask for Alex.

Alex replaced our two fireplaces last year and we so enjoyed them throughout the winter. He checked and found a small leak this week and repaired at no charge. We are ready for winter. We highly recommend Queen City Fireplace. Alex is responsive, knowledgeable, and very nice to work with.

Great service! Friendly staff, inspected my fireplace ensured no gas leaks, Replaced burn media, cleaned the glass, And just provide an overall great customer experience . He was very aware that I am hearing impaired and spoke directly to me to make sure I understood.. I will highly recommend this company.
