Queens of Clean Maid Service

They arrived promptly on time. They were very professional. They did a fabulous job cleaning. They touched every surface in the house I was very pleased. Iâ ve been using them for a couple years now and Iâ m very pleased with their service.

Hired them mid-November 2019. I was assured that the cleaning would be amazing, and was given a checklist to be able to see what was done. The girls were nearly 2 hours late, which wasn't bad as they kept us updated. They were at the house for about 6 hours. I had never hired a maid service before, so I did not know that you were supposed to completely check everything they did. I asked her to clean the light fixtures (they didn't) and she fixed that, but said it was a pain to do it. My husband tipped and paid them and they left. About a week later we finally moved into the new house. I noticed the blinds were not cleaned. The floors were not done, nor were the toilets, ceiling fans, the outside and under the oven door/drawer had brown goo all over it. The floor tile had caked-on residue. I was promised a good, proper cleaning and this did not happen, despite paying $375. I notified the manager and she said "thank you". I left a review on Yelp and they said we paid them and tipped them so whats the problem. Extremely disappointing.

Michelle and her husband did a fantastic job on the windows and all the power washing (sidewalks, driveway, lanai). The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is because we found some areas in the kitchen which my husband and I had to touch up, nothing major. Overall I would definitely recommend this company!

Queens Of Clean did a great job. Very easy to deal with, supper professional and very detailed cleaners. The lady’s came with all supplies even the vacuum cleaner. The ceiling fans where not good “I never turn them off” but now there spotless. My wife is supper happy. We will use them again.
