Technician came as promised, quickly assessed the problem and took care of some hornets for us. Had advice on other pest problem as well. Personable, professional, would definitely hire again.

We had tons of carpenter ants in both the front and the back of the house that we had been trying to get rid of on our own for months with the Home Defense spray, but it never really got rid of them. I call Quest Pest because of the reviews on Home Advisor, and I am glad I did. Peter came over and not only got rid of the carpenter ants, but he also got rid of the small ants that were in building tons of little ant hills in between the bricks of my from walkway. I actually signed up for the full year service, so he will come 4 times a year and spray, but if they come back in between any of his visits, he said to call him and he would take care of it at no charge.

I was able to get an appointment promptly. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Pete came out to do an inspection after I was advised by a contractor of termite damage. He did a thorough inspection of the entire property and could not find any trace of termite infestation. He did not charge for the inspection. Definitely would hire in the future if necessary.
