Dave Hood, of Questar Home Services, is just the type of contractor a homeowner hopes to find. He is pleasant, capable and caring. I found that he treated the "job" as if he were doing the work on his own home. He dealt with every aspect of a complex shower wall repair by analyzing the needs and exploring options based on cost and my preferences. He was very punctual and communicated clearly.
