Quest Development

Quest's projected completion date was 30-60 days. Itâ s now 120 plus days and major tasks are not done such as installing pocket doors that he removed, installing a threshold to compensate for the difference between the living and dining room floor levels, and staining kitchen cabinets. I question the qualifications of workers used for electrical (wires left showing on ring doorbell that could be cut rendering my ring ineffective) and plumbing (kitchen faucet moves when you touch it), nails protruding from cabinets presenting a safety issue and leaving areas in a room unpainted (underneath window seal). I am now having to pay additional sums to have these problems corrected. When you call him, if he answers you, he has all types of excuses and constantly promises he's on his way but never shows up. He is not responsible or honest and I definitely would not recommend him or his work. Hire him at your own risk.

Some years ago I had the misfortune of using Quest Developments to assist me with some work at one of my rental properties. The quality of work was so bad that I am still in the process of having it put right or attempting to put it right myself. He is way out of his depth. He took years to complete small tasks, continually asked for money for work done that either wasnt done or wasnt done right, he is a nightmare to deal with and continually hides behind false promises and excuses. Avoid him at all costs. Youve been warned! He is not capable of delivering a finished product.
