Professional and accommodating. She and her assistant were thorough. They pay attention to detail. Everything was cleaned...even windows. My home/office was left clean and fresh. The only 'pause',...my temporary blind was torn without informing me. I have scheduled them again.

Super sweet lady. Very good communicator, but i have to clean the oven, baseboards and clean the floors after i paid someone to do it. Very unfortunate, but she is really nice.

I hired a maid and she called to say she could not make it for another week due to a family situation. I could not wait as I had to have the apt done. I went back to Home Advisors and got 4 for what I needed done . From the review this Quick and Clean looked as the reviews were very good the only thing they were all from Ga, and elsewhere. Then I called and talked to Teresa by phone she said they are now in Chgo but just got started. I told her what I needed done as the apt had been left filithy, rooms and windows no appliances there since I did not think anyone could clean them. To my surprise I told her I needed this done on Tuesday as I thought the other maid was coming but now I would have to change the showing. Well she said you name it and I'll be there . I really loved her attitude that is really a excellent way to get business. I met her and her helper and went back in a few hours to see how far they were and almost done she said. When I arrived they were sitting outside and Teresa said take a look and see if we missed anything no problem with going back if needed. OMG, it was great and I am a happy person , the price was great for all she did and I felt that she could have told me that. I am going to use her on the other apts. hope this helps all in the Chicago area, but she does travel to the burbs. Thanks so much Teresa and Home Advisors, I must say one of the ones was way over the quotes so check them all out but for my money this Quick and Clean lived up to their name.

Epiphany spent several hours on the initial cleaning, making sure that high and low areas were spotless and shining. I will be using Quick & Clean monthly, as they are timely and communicative and very thorough. Thanks to HA for a great connection.

I did have a problem scheduling the job;

I have used her one time and she did a very nice job. She found things that my last house keeper left behind.

Theresa is a very nice person and her attitude was good. But I had to tell her what to do as far as the deep cleaning and I don't feel I got my money's worth.

They were able to come out the next day, were fantastic to work with, and did an excellent job.

You will have to be specific and clear in the instructions you give. They did not provide an invoice. They rushed through all but the first room they cleaned.

Teresa was very courteous and efficient. She cleaned the construction dust from all the rooms. This is my first time hiring a maid service and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend Teresa and my hire her in the future to do periodic cleaning.

This was a great experience. Theresa was very professional and she did a great job! Every conversation I had with her was pleasant whether it was through text or voice. She arrived promptly and completed the work within the time to which she committed. I will definitely hire Theresa again.

The quality of the service was poor. I had to ask them to redo some of the items. They were late and rushed through the entire project. I have asked for an invoice from them several times and I have not received anything as of yet.
