    I asked the company to come and fix my heat. I assured Alton that the heat comes on then goes off. The guy Alton came and he spent less than 30 minutes and called his boss Amir(owner). Amir told him to tell me I have two options. I can spend $2,800 to replace the controller, and a transformer or I can pay $4,800 to replace the whole burner. He was on the phone with the owner Amir, and he told me to call the office to get a better deal. I am saying why cannot I just talk to Amir now. He gave me some backward talk about the manager can give you a better deal, and she would need to get approval from Amir...again why cannot I talk to Amir directly right now. The issue is I had another 5 Star rated technician came and told me nothing is wrong with my transformer nor the controller, he spent all of 3 hours to diagnose the problem. He told me that the issue is the oil line, not the transformer nor controller. He specifically stated that the oil line is damaged. Alton did not take a look at the oil line and we would have paid a minimum of $2,800 to replace something that was not broken at all. In fact, if the line itself is damaged(which he never checked) then we still would not have heat after he replaced the working parts. To mention, the transformer is $75 and the controller is $90...so there is an abhorrent lie. Do not trust and always get a second or even a third opinion.

    This company just tried to scam me. My HVAC system had the LPS light go off, so I hired them. Their tech came and told me it costs 2600 to repair this issue by doing a leak system. It did not fix the problem, so they came back and told me it costs another 7500+tax to fix this. I was furious, so I hired another company to take a look. This other company's tech came and fixed the issue within 30 minutes.

    We regret that this happened. Sometimes mechanics have work this way by fixing what is the evident. In this particular case the customer had very low refrigerant and it is not only illegal but unprofessional to refill an empty unit knowing that the tocsins from the refrigerant can leak out .We recommended to have a Leak test to be done. A proposal was given with pricing and the customer agreed to the work being done . We always test the systems before leaving a job site send and unfortunately the next day the unit stopped working. The customer asked for a replacement price and so we did just that of course with the incurred price as a deduction . Then he went and got another company to give a second opinion and they found an actuator failure . These types of issues are very common but given that a replacement price was given we did not look into any other failures. The customer then chose to use the second company to repair the system and then suggested that the leak did not need to be fixed . Unfortunately these are not options for a technician to overlook . This is a law and is not an option. The leak test needed to be fixed regardless and the second company would have done the same . We offered a deduction for the costs but the customer declined. We always try and make the best out of any situation and we want our customers to feel confident in our technicians abilities. We have a very high satisfactory rate and we hope to make more customers happy throughout this year . Thanks
