Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
Sam answered the phone when I called and he was the one who came and did the work. He took pride in his work and did a great job. He explained exactly what his multi step process was. He put a lot of effort into getting out some real stubborn stains. I couldn t believe the results! The carpet looked and smelled clean and dried in less than a day.

The company reps were very congenial, answered all question, moved items too heavy for me to move (and replaced them). Excellent service, I would use them again, and recommend them to my friends.

I used Quick-Dry several years ago both for my business and our home, but lost contact. We made the mistake of cleaning our rugs ourselves. I found Jim through Home-Advisor and am happy he returned to clean our rugs -- that now look great!

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
Sam was the gentleman that completed the work. He called again when he was on his way; was attentive to his footprint in my home; was very friendly & helpful to me with a few questions I had regarding getting my home ready for winter - but most importantly he did a great job of cleaning up my very dirty sunroom carpet.I wouldn't hesitate to call him again first.

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
Very Satisfied. Carpets were sparkling clean. Also had pet deodorizing done. It is now more than 3 months and the stains removed stay removed and carpets still look beautiful. Sam and his helper were friendly and professional and they did a beautiful job and I will definitely hire them again.

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
I was charged more for my job than the quoted price and the job was substandard . I did not notice until the carpet was dry that there was very little difference than before the cleaning . The equipment he used seemed to be little more than a DIY machine . Jim saw my initial review and contacted me about the areas I was not happy with . We scheduled another appointment and he sent me a refund for the accidental overcharge . He came back and redid the areas that I was not happy with .
Response from Quick-Dry Carpet Care
"I am sorry you were not satisfied with the results of our cleaning. I have reached out to the customer and trying to schedule a second cleaning."
