Water Removal Recovery Service
Wish I could give this company 10 stars instead of just 5. Every member of their team is polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. This is the team to call for water damage. My hot water heater leaked and caused drywall damage. They did an awesome repair job. Thank you Derek and Jacob!

Water Removal Recovery Service
Iâ ve never had a company that came in with double the amount of crews after Travis came out and assessed the damages. A hot water replacement service I requested an estimate from handed me a business card of a company he recommended, as my home will need a lot of work, that he didnâ t do. He advised me they were really good and I definitely had water damages from my hot water heater coming apart and I needed to get that going. . I had no idea the hot water heater could cause the amount of damages done to my home. Travis was patient, as I asked plenty of questions. He went into detail to explain the process and advised me my homeowners insurance would cover the damages less the deductible. He called the insurance company in my presence and discussed the damages to them per my request. I had never experienced water damages in the past.. The next day Travisâ s crew was here to begin the work. I was impressed with their precision and speed. They put up plastic vinyl everywhere to contain all the wet drywall and wet insulation. Each day they come out to measure the amount of water still contained in the wood and adjust their fans, dehumidifiers, etc. based upon their readings. Travis said he would discuss with me any issues that may come up with the insurance company and handle this part of the process for me. My review is being done just a couple days prior to (I hope) to the completion of their work. There are still areas to damp to completely dry to assure mold will not be growing. Iâ m 100% happy with their work ethic, timeliness, knowledgeable and friendly technicians that work non-stop without taking any breaks. Not only this, they clean their messes up each day. My only issue is my doggie gate that keeps my dogs out of areas I donâ t want them in sustained some damages. They needed it taken down and I so go ahead. Iâ m sure nothing was done intentionally. Hopefully they will get it back together so it doesnâ t pull apart each time I lift the handle to open/close the gate. The gate was bent prior to this incident but it did the job. Now Iâ ve got it held together with zip ties temporarily to keep the dogs contained. Once the dogs start jumping on the fencing/gate it comes apart. Again, Iâ m 100% satisfied with their staff, Travis and whomever answered the phone for me at 2:00 am and advised them the breakers for the garage area had switched off so I unplugged a couple pieces of their equipment as I needed my appliances running. The next day they redistributed the amount of equipment accordingly. I would highly recommend them at this point, along with Travis. As far as the people the lien was filed against in an above review of this company, I completely agree with Quick Dryâ s action necessary to insure payment for their services. I appreciate Travis will be the one negotiating with insurance company on my behalf. . One less worry I have to deal with and I appreciate each and every one of the â boysâ that worked in my home. I would never threaten to have my insurance company not pay when the work was completed and is necessary unless theywant mold to grow. As a previous employee of a FEMA disaster office, I quickly learned the damages water does and the results it causes. Mold grows from all the moisture in the walls. Mold will make their home sick, along with the people living in it! Wanting to save money in my opinion isnâ t worth their health. My health and the health of my puppies is my number one priority. Thanks to all the guys that work for Quick Dry restoration. Their name says it all. And as you can see, I say too muchâ ¦..apologies. Iâ d hire them again and recommend them to anyone with water damages.

Derrick, Archie, Rose & Shawn have been incredible. Polite, knowledgeable and empathetic to what we've been through. Travis was a rock star and really helped us file a claim and understand what the path forward would look like. Good group of professionals.

Water Removal Recovery Service
I refurbished my kitchen in December of 2022. The Samsung dishwasher we purchased had a factory defect and caused my kitchen to flood. We called Quick Dry to perform the water restoration. There were many discrepancies when they performed the work. The biggest issue is they demolition the cabinets and tile floor in my kitchen. They DID NOT contain the area and every square inch in my home was covered in dust. When I wrote an e-mail to them asking if they would pay to get it cleaned, they hired an attorney and put a lien on my home three weeks after they send my insurance company the invoice for the work done. They put a lien on my home while they were actively negotiating the settlement with my insurance company. I am now in the process of suing them for applying a frivolous lien on my home. If you think any of this is not true look at the letter their attorney sent to me. Check the dates. they claimed to have sent me the invoice on the 21st of March (They sent it to my insurance company.) and they put a lien on my home 22 days after they claimed to have sent me their invoice. THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME 22 DAYS AFTER THEY SAID THEY SENT THE INVOICE. They put a lien on my home while they were actively settling the price with my insurance company. They put a lien on my home three weeks before my insurance company even sent ME the check to pay them. Need I say any more. ???

"Mr. Capasso, Unlike most of our 1 star yelp reviews, I do know who you are and am actually quite informed with your job. You are correct in stating that we placed a lien on your home. As a business owner, when we are threatened with homeowners not paying our bill and including their lawyer on emails; we are left with little choice. On day two of your job, you called my office and accused my staff of stealing your gun. I was informed by my office staff of the phone call and informed them to call you back immediately and tell you to file a police report. You also during this exchange accused us of taking off site the whole cabinet and drawer that the gun was stored in. After looking over our paperwork and pictures, I was able to prove that all of the cabinets that were removed were actually in a stack inside your garage, at which point you informed us that you had found your missing gun. Days after the work was completed, (tear out was done on 3/13) you asked for us to send a supervisor back out as you believe that we had missed an area in your master closet. After our supervisor arrived and found nothing wet, you insisted and demanded that we tear out areas of the home that were dry. (We have multiple days showing the areas dry, including the first day on the job, and the day stated above). After being informed that we would not tear out areas of your home that were, dry you kicked my company off the job on 3/16. There were several other issues on the job with you asking for things that were either not warranted or out of our line of work. You stated that we left the job site dirty, which again I have over 100 pictures showing the work area spotless and clean to the standards set by the industry and followed by our company. Again Mr. Capasso the lien was placed on your home after you threatened to not pay our bill and sent an email with a lawyer CC'd to that email. It is company policy for us to send all communications involving lawyers or even mention of lawyers to our legal counsel. We have not and would not just lien a homeowner for no apparent reason. Again sir your actions are what caused your home to have a lien placed on it. I am sorry that things went this way, but as I do with every owner I reached out at the start of your job, was available for the duration of the job, and even after to discuss anything in great detail. However when threatened with promises of non payment and legal counsel involved, our hands are tied and we have to follow policy. Sincerely, Anton Skoro Quick Dry Restoration."

This company came out to dry the wood resulting from a hot water heater leak in my garage! Minimal damage was done...mostly just the base that the water heater sits on! I had the main water to the house shut off while we were on vacation, so it was just the water that was in the tank that leaked out of the bottom and on to the base it sits on! The drywall and wood under the drywall was wet along with a small amount of the drywall behind the water heater that was slightly wet from wicking from the base! All they did was cut out the drywall behind the base and move the water heater to the garage so they could dry the wood! They bring in 10 different drying machines for just a small amount of wetness and leave them there for 5-6 days even though it was bare dry to the touch the next morning! Only a couple of spots, that they had to search for, were wet enough just so they could get a reading on their meters! They said oh the insurance companies won't pay unless it's under a certain number of dryness! After a few days... they even had to try harder to find a place where their stupid meters could get a reading to justify leaving the drying machines there for more days! The entire wooden base the water heater sits on, could have been replaced for under $50 worth of wood instead of these ridiculous machines that they charge the insurance companies to rent from them! Total example of fraud and abuse! They said it had to be completely bone dry or mold could form! Hell...mold on a wooden base a water heater sits on in the garage...give me a break!! They just wanted to suck out as much money as they could from the insurance company for a job that should have been less than $500!! You wonder why our insurance rates keep rising every year...perfect example of why... inflating the bill because the insurance company is paying for it... not the home owner! This should make everyone angry! After talking to my insurance company...I found out from them, that Restoration companies are the largest contributor to fraud and abuse due to the ridiculous prices they charge for their drying machines! Hell they even charged me for a air purification machine even though it was in the garage... not the house! Watch out for these kind of companies that come out to dry your house out after some water damage... they will take the insurance companies for all they can and then some! Furious!
