When the machine that IO wanted repaired proved to be more of a job than I realized the technician explained to me that the repair was simply not cost effective and showed me exactly what the problem was. He then installed a second washer that I happened to have on hand.

Prompt-Friendly. Explained the issues as he went along. Spoke in plain terms so we could understand what he was fixing and why it broke in the first place. We hired him to repair an 3 year old LG washer and were very pleased with his work. We would certainly hire him again. Very honest and reasonable price.
