Quick Fix Appliance

Igor, the owner, convinced me to repair my KitchenAid ice maker for $1,500 instead of replacing it. He?s a smooth talker and made it sound like the better option. The repair came with only a 3-month warranty, which I was unaware of at the time. Just over three months later, the ice maker stopped working again, and he refuses to stand behind his work. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, it?s well-deserved. Consider this a warning?stay away from this company.

I called to leave a message on a Sunday, and got a call back an hour later and had a next-day appointment. Alex was the consummate professional: he showed up when he said he would, quickly assessed what was happening with my Samsung refrigerator, and then efficiently went about completing the most logical repair (and it worked without unnecessarily replacing parts). I would highly recommend these guys.

Alex showed on time, was very professional and polite. The quality of his work was excellent, and I am very happy that he took care of the problem on the same day that I called for service. Thank you, Alex.

Igor of Quick Fix Appliance has been out to my house to repair a dryer and more recently to install a new wall oven. On both occasions he did quality work, the process was quick, and the price was reasonable. I am very pleased with Quick Fix and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Fast, professional, and courteous

Igor and his team were fabulous. He took a lot of time putting in a new, upgraded compressor for us. Definite hire !

Prices were higher than expected, but Alex was quick to schedule us. He had to last minute reschedule twice which was annoying, but overall it’s a good value. It’s tough to say if the value was great though because I don’t know for sure if our fridge and dryer are fixed or we just masked one problem for another few week. I’m optimistic though. I’d book Alex and Quick Fix again.

He got in touch as soon as I expressed a need and set an appointment for 1st thing the next morning. Did great work and didn't leave a mess! Definitely keeping his card!

Alex did a great job. Worked around my schedule, came same day, completed repairs and took extra time to show me what I might need to know for next time. Highly recommend.

I had called another service company yesterday and did not hear from them. This morning I put my request out on Angies List and Igor with Quick Fix responded within a matter of a few minutes. He was available today and came to my house promptly at the time specified. He reviewed the problem and had the parts in his truck and fixed it within and hour As he was leaving I asked him how long it should take for a KitchenAid electric oven to preheat. It was much less time than what I was experiencing and he offered to look at it for no additional charge. He determined that one of the elements, there are at least three on this oven, had failed. I asked him the cost and we agreed upon the additional repair. He checked with the parts supply house since he did not carry such a specialized item on his truck, They said it would be five days before they could get the part. A few minutes later I heard a knock at the door and it was Igor. He said he checked again and found the part that was available and he could pick it up and do the repair today. I said do it. He said he would be back by 4:00 pm he was at my door at 3:30 pm. Within an hour the oven was fixed and heating like it used to. Igor is a personable gentleman who obviously knows his trade. He is diligent in his work and obviously goes the extra mile to help the client. DON'T bother calling anyone else. Thanks Igor!

Only problem is the rating stops at 5. I wish could give them 10s. Timely, clean, organized and super professional.i almost never write reviews but the top notch service was so good felt compelled to share. Highly recommended
