Lazy, sloppy work. Cutting of the vinyl flooring is short in many areas and then caulked over the failure to cut the correct length w/caulk, I confronted Sal and he came and pretended to fix this problem and covered it with caulk again before showing me that it was fixed. I returned home from work late that evening and feeling my entire shift like this is a dishonest person I got home and looked closely and he did it again-caulked over his staffs failure to measure and accurately cut the vinyl flooring. Charged me for things they didn?t do. Had his staff show up w/PVC baseboards that I suspect were just lying around and made no attempt to match what was in my home. The workers left without re-installing the baseboards in my loft and took the baseboards from that area of my home and did who knows what with them but I had to then buy his baseboards. Damaged my brand new $900 bathroom vanity in multiple places. Single woman homeowners BEWARE! I deeply regret hiring this company.

During that time, our team responded and returned on multiple occasions to address the issues raised after installation. However, most of the flooring was found to be structurally sound. An outside assessment of the claim supported the quality of the floor installation, and the vanity damage was determined to have existed before our work. We also accommodated scheduling requests and changes to the scope of work from your end. All charges were billed exactly to all work that was done by the team. Our understanding at the conclusion of those visits was that the work or remaining issues had been addressed because our team member asked you and documented each visit. We recognize that you still feel differently about the outcome. We stand behind our team?s work and the effort they put in to resolve your concerns fairly. We wish you well moving forward."

Sarv and his crew worked tirelessly to install the LVT tile flooring I chose. The area done was challenging with many angles and cutouts but the end result was beautiful!

Quick Floors did an Amazing Job! We could not be happier! Their estimate came in far below others, their installers waisted NOTHING and we were able to return unused flooring because they were so mindful of avoiding waste. Thank you Max for your beautiful work! (Sorry I can’t remember your co-workers name-please thank him too!) We ran into an unforeseen problem with existing sub flooring and Sarv gave us options on how to proceed, recommending the best option but providing us with cost effective options as well. The office manager Donna was helpful with more than one phone consults I had to make. Wonderful Job Quick Floors! I would feel great about hiring them for any flooring project!

Very respectful by putting down tarps to protect entry to work area. Fast, efficient, and beautifully finished work. Also, I was particularly pleased they would accommodate my request for attractive molding at the doorway transitioning into the wood flooring. Scheduling work to be done was also quick ...a big plus!

They did a phenomenal job and had excellent customer service from beginning to end. The entire process from estimate to install was within a week. They truly live upto their NAME. I picked out the wrong flooring, and thankfully they had some in stock that was good quality and beautiful. I have received so many compliments, and have recommended them to others.

Great price, installation looks good, plumber was a no show so they partially went under bathroom sink and toilet, also partially used my purchase of underlayment which was inferior to what i paid for them to use .... they credited me a small amount

They showed me samples, and in less than a week they came to install my new vinyl floor. It took only 2 hours, from arrival to their exit. They cleaned up, and were curious through out the complete install.

We did alot of reseach & got multiple bids. Khus was the best! We purchased the flooring from a different company but their installation seems so high. When my husband and I picked up the flooring the company gave us the wrong trim for the Baseboard... Khus Went to his warehouse and got us the correct trim and was able to finish the whole job is 8 1/2 hours. They cleaned up immaculately and moved our couch with out adding more to the cost! I offered to feed them but they had already eaten and continue to work ...unbelievably beautiful results!

Sar and his crew worked fast, had a ton of flooring options, were very respectful, and extremely helpful during the entire process, which was amazing. From quote to installation, it only took 3 days. The flooring install itself only took 8 hours for 3 rooms. Amazing.
