My wife called Quick Quality Fix when our front loading washer sprung a leak due to a faulty gasket. The service provided was excellent and the technician went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service skills and superb technical knowledge. I would definitely recommend.

After shopping around and comparing prices, Quick Quality was the cheapest. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical because of this. However, their technician was courteous and very professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He also made sure the stove top and cabinets were protected against any possible damage or debris. He made certain the work area was completely clean before leaving. I will definitely hire them again.

I purchased a used dryer and Quick Quality Fix not only came to install it, but they checked the unit thoroughly to make sure it worked and still gave me a great price. The kindness and the customer service were phenomenal. Being new to the Charlotte area, I had no idea who to contact and if they would be trustworthy. If I ever need anything else fixed, I will definitely be contacting Alex Mann.
