A 2 man crew showed up at 8:30am. A 16 yr worked dug the hole in the parking strip and the leak was found at about 9:30am. However the supervisor had left the job site. Since he was the only authorized person to do the repair, 2hrs went by before he came back to do the repair. The entire job was then completed at 1:30pm. I was charged $1,000.00. That's equal to $200.00 an hour included the 2 hrs that the 16 yr old was laying on my lawn for the "plumber" to return. Good repair job, but I feel that I was extremely overcharged for what consisted of only 3hrs of actual work.

They did a great job at a great price; I use them for all of my plumbing needs and I would recommend them.

He tries very hard to make sure that everything gets done in a timely manner. I would recommend them.

Matt is straight forward; he will tell you know what the cost is going to be when he shows up, and will let you know if it's going to cost more or less, no in-cost etc. He communicates very well, and does an excellent job, with competitive prices. I would recommend them to everyone.

The response was quick and I was impressed, at first. Once the technician arrived, the repair estimate was not accurate and I got the feeling he wanted me to spend as much as possible for what should have been a simple repair. Five "sorry I'm running late" calls later the work was done but I'll try someone else next time.

It took longer than he anticipated, but he stayed until the problem was fixed. No more drains are backing up. Very affordable.

Jesse's service was exeptional. He was competent in finding the problem and solving it and the final expense did not go much over what he had quoted us. He did everything he said he was going to do when he said he would do it and we are very satisfied to no longer have the sickening sulfur smell coming from the faucets.

We had them look at a water heater in a rental home that stopped working. They were very responsive and professional. After looking at the water heater, the technician contacted me and gave me all the pricing upfront (I've had many contactors give me prices after repairing the problem, even after telling me they'd call first). Being a property manager, the only issue I had was finding out payment was due upon completion. Notice about that before the job would have been nice.... I should have asked. Overall, we're very pleased and will probably use them again.

We had a particularly troublesome Moen bathroom faucet that didn't work � resisting all efforts to disassemble and replace the parts inside. Quick Response was eager to help, and they arrived on time. As expected, the disassembly was problematic, requiring the removal of the sink from the wall. During this awkward process, the sink was chipped. With no hesitation, Quick Response replaced the entire pedestal sink with a new equivalent fixture, and did so within 24 hours without charge. Having hired various repair services over the years, it's great to find a company that stands behind all aspects of its work. I highly recommend them.

They sent someone to my home within the first 1/2 hour. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the immediate problem and recommended a way to prevent it from happening in the future. The price was very reasonable. I would definately hire this company again.

Originally I spoke with Matt who came over, took a look at my problems and bid them out for free. I had 3 slow drains and some pipe work that needed to be replaced in the crawl space. On the scheduled day, Matt had an emergency job to do, so he sent his partner who came in and did an excellent job on everything that needed to be done... and it didn't take long at all. What I really love about them is their warranty on their work. 30 days on their drain cleanings and 1 yr on their pipe work. A lot of places don't carry warranties on their work. Great job guys!
