Project Dates: February 2 ? May 19, 2025 We hired Quick Restore in Boise, Idaho, for a full downstairs restoration project, with an estimated timeline of 4?5 weeks. We made our first payment on February 2, 2025, with clear expectations and scope agreed upon. Instead, the project dragged on for nearly four months and was marked by negligence, poor workmanship, and damage to our home. During the first 7.5 weeks, Quick Restore and their subcontractor: Damaged the kitchen countertop laminate Broke the dishwasher Damaged the kitchen island baseboards Ruined the staircase installation Installed faulty living room flooring Left the bathroom with sloppy, unfinished cuts After weeks of frustration, the General Manager witnessed the damage and reassigned a new project manager. The repair phase took an additional 4 weeks, ending May 19, 2025. Quick Restore failed to deliver professionalism and accountability, making this a draining and disruptive experience.

Quick Restore did a great job with taking care of our bathroom remodel/repair. We called them and they had a team out to home the very next day to give us a quote and tell us what they could do. They lined us up with a plumber immediately and had really good communication throughout the process. They did great work and were very professional.

These jokers have turned a 4-day project into 12 days, and they are not even done yet. If you like obfuscation and procrastination, these are your guys. Getting them to answer questions or call you back is impossible- it is always some other guy that should do it. I would not use them again if they were the only company on the planet. I would give them 0 stars in each category, but the website will not allow it.

STAY AWAY! 4 months in and Dallas and Jordan are in the insurance fraud business. Right when I paid my deposit that is when work was halted. They refuse to keep us updated and will not return my cabinets all because their sub contractor could not match our granite, so we went with someone else, that was not okay with quick restore, almost 5 months in, quick should be taken off their business name.

A 1945 vintage home with severe water damage from Sewer Backup. Half the walls and floor were torn out to dry the walls and floor and remove mold. Quick Restore listened me and went out of their way to provide everything i wanted. They didnt just put it back together, but gave me the bathroom i have always wanted. They are professional, educated in their service and caring to their customers needs. Thank you, Quick Restore for being there when i needed you.

So happy that I found this company to restore my bathroom after water damage. They communicated well, always on time and did a beautiful job restoring my bathroom. Every one that worked for Quick restore were great to work with. I would give them a 10 plus!!!
