I contacted Greg to repair my hot tub. I live almost 3 hours away from Charlotte. He got right back to me and provided excellent communication throughout the process. He actually drove down to me the next morning after the initial contact. He was pleasant and professional. After Greg repaired the hot tub, he called me later that day to make sure everything was still fine. Not only that, but he contacted me several days later to make sure the hot tub was still performing as expected. I can't say enough about how much I would recommend him.
