I sent Devin a message after the business hours, not expecting an immediate response, but he was so attentive and prompt. I let him know what all I was looking for and he kindly assured me that he would take care of it. Great businessman, prompt, quick service, and affordable. Truly hard to come by.

I used Devon w quick start today on this Nextdoor recommendation. I am completely happy with the service. A rodent chewed through my refrigerator electric cord last night and after calling and not getting a response from Jefferson Appliance (which is a little understandable because of severe weather) after several hours, I called Devon. He answered right away, and was at my house in less than two hours w replacement part in hand. He swapped the cord out quickly and only charged $87, which I thought was a really fair price. Also, he showed up with face mask on, he is covid vaccinated, and was very friendly, respectful and professional. I have already recommended him to a friend and will surely use him again.

Devin Jones showed up 5 minutes before his scheduled time. Isolated the problem with in 5 minutes. Changed the heating jets and did the entire job in 20 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE

I called Lowe's because washer problem was still under warranty. Lowe's referred me to GE. GE website referred me to appliance-pro.com. Then appliance-pro.com (which unbeknownst to me appears to be related to Home Advisor) referred me to QuickStartApplianceRepair, who promptly contacted me and within hours came to our property for a service call. QSAR was very professional and soon sent an invoice which I paid. I had assumed that since the appliance was under warranty that I would not be charged but now I have to go back to Lowe's to get them to honor my warranty. I feel that Lowes and GE gave me the runaround and directed me to HomeAdvisor in an underhanded manner. Although I had a pleasant and professional experience with QSAR, I would never have dealt with HomeAdvisor had I known they were involved. My 40 year experience as a general contractor has led me to distrust agencies like HomeAdvisor and AngiesList who are parasitic(phony leads,etc) and known to use dirty tricks in internet searches.

Timely, professional, courteous, fair. Would highly recommend. Devin is the best.

Devin was amazing. Not only did he do a great job with the service we requested, he went above and beyond. He helped me figure out exactly what we needed and even helped me shop for the right dishwasher. He even ran to the hardware store to get something to make sure the hose was perfectly tight. My husband and I also loved talking to him and getting to know him. He's such a great guy. We just moved into our house. While he was here, we asked him to look at a few things we were unsure about . And WOW - he ended up fixing an old refrigerator that we thought we needed to throw away - it is now working perfectly. And then I had him look at our old washer and dryer because there was heat coming from it. Within 5 minutes he solved the issue and said we were good to go for 5 or more years with them. As my husband put it - "We just hit the jackpot. We are calling him for everything."
