He lacks the experience to do the refinishing. He did not do anything that he was supposed to do. He didn't cover the surrounding area and i had to scrape paint off my floor, toilet and bath area.

The pressure wash was ok but the gutter cleaning was terrible. The leaves and dirt they washed out was not cleaned off the patio and flower beds. Leaves clogged exit of the downspout. I had to dig them out.
