"Wow! Very interesting lady. You specifically told me that the door lock was the problem we agreed on the price I ordered and fixed it. I tested your washer to make sure it was working before I left and there were no damages. 2 Days later, you cracked your own washer then called me to put the blame on me. I came to check your washer and even your husband confirmed it wasn't me who damaged your washer. Ma'am, did you just want a brand new washer from me? Please be honest with yourself."
"Thank you for your review sir. However, we would appreciate if you had discussed the pricing issue with the technician before they left your. Your washer problem was not as simple as you made it sound, the washer was completely dead and won't power on after all sorts of troubleshooting. The technician clearly explained everything they had to do to make it work again. The time it took to fix it is irrelevant, some people would charge you $50/hr and spend 10 hrs, i target the problem"
"Sir, sorry for the inconvenience. The situation was purely out of the technician's control. What happened was that your washer has a damaged motor and when the technician put it on diagnostic mode, it went through almost all the cycles and when it reached the spin cycle, it blew up on it's on because the motor was already stuck. That was an inevitable situation and was prone to happen on it's own as long as the washer goes on spin and unfortunately, there's no other way to run the test."
