Rudy came to fix my dishwasher on 3/20/25. He was polite and fixed three issues, including installing a new drain pump. It ran fine for a time before it started getting flaky again and started running for long periods before turning off. I decided to buy a new one, arriving 4/25. The installer noticed there was no air flow gap. It cost me $225 to install it, as it is code in CA. I wondered why Rudy, a licensed contractor, did not know this. Or, did he notice and simply choose to say nothing? When I contacted the company asking for my $225 refund, they brushed me off. Bella said I must file a claim on my homeowner policy. I assert that Rudy failed to do the job correctly the first time and cost me not only a new machine ($450.00) but also the $225 for the air flow installation. I am being forced to eat the cost of incompetence. I am now compelled to report this to let you all know that if they do not do their job right the 1st time, you will get stuck paying for it.

I called Quick and Easy due to an issue with my washing machine. I was scheduled in the perfect after work time slot and just as I was told I got a call about 30 minutes before the tech would be at my house. The tech was super nice and he quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it and charged me a VERY reasonable fee. I highly recommend Quick and Easy and will surely call them next time I need an appliance repair!

Nathan determined the washer needed an expensive repair. When we asked about the common (less expensive) failure noted on this model, he said, unfortunately, that was not it, it would take 4 hrs and gave us a written but generic estimate for the repair. Still less than a new machine so parts ordered. Alex came to repair and re-assessed. Turns out it was the typical failure which he just happened to have all 4 parts for. It took 45 min to fix and he was going to charge full estimate. When we complained, he took off $100 so a repair that should have cost $250-300 only cost $500. I will never use this company again.

I left a message yesterday about a washer machine that would not start. The young man from Quick n' Easy called in about 15 minutes and arrange for Nathan to visit our home around 1pm the next day. Nathan arrived right on time, checked out the washer and it was working in about 10 minutes. He then checked the loud noise we were hearing from our microwave. Established and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Nathan is very courteous and based on his suggestions knows a great deal about appliances. Nathan and his brother Nikita's business card will be readily available in our home for any future appliance need.

Easy going, show up on time and get work done fast.

This company appears to be family owned and operated. Parts were ordered for my refrigerator and arrived within 3 days. My repair tech was prompt, efficient, and knew what he was doing. Parts were installed in less than 1/2 hour. Nice thing? They work weekends and there is no additional service charge. Refreshing! I will use this company again.

This gentleman was fantastic! He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, he called me when he received the parts and made arrangements to come by the following day to repair my dryer. In the future I call no one else on any Appliance issues I have. If you need this type of work look no further!
