We choose Quigley to replace a pair of 27 year old Trane, with new Trane heatpumps, and were delightâ ¦ â ¢ Chris â top notch salesman. Made it clear that the Trane products sell themselves and his value contribution was to fill in the knowledge gaps as we needed. Very prompt in his professionalism (e.g. email and question response times, thorough answers, et). An exception customer-facing frontman! â ¢ Scheduling â always well communicated and ON-TIME everytimeâ ¦! This become exceeding rare in our experience in the thriving residential services industry. â ¢ Installation Crew â very respectful and everyone spoke English. As a native Spanish speaker, it not an issue for me, but all too often my wife has been in the difficult position with contractors when Iâ m at work to try to communicate with other project crews that didnâ t speak ANY English. A simple but noticeable customer consideration. All of your crews show a sincere appreciation and respect that they were in OUR HOME. â ¢ Pricing â Competitive and simple. I like the bottom line pricing with everything included. â ¢ Post Install Follow-up â I applaud Chrisâ check-in after the installations. The customerâ s feedback of the install(s) is an excellent QA and feedback practice. However, if you donâ t completely follow through with the outstanding items, it becomes a wasted effortâ ¦ more below. â ¢ Mr Quigley - Very impressive display of Customer Commitment from the first day of the install, through the post-install follow-ups. Itâ s his name on the company and the personal involvement conveyed EXTREME OWNERSHIP (literally and figuratively) in the product and service.

I can't say enough about the quality of service my family got from Quigley HVAC. I have replaced my system 3 times over the last 30 years and this was by far the best experience I have had with a service company. Super responsive, dependable and trustworthy. And it all came in under budget!

They fixed unit. It failed again that evening. They came back the next day at no cost and tightened a control wire. Unit now working properly.
