Great experience with Quinnair: very flexible and responsive when discussing the type heating system we needed. We requested many changes: we appreciated their input and recommendations. Prompt and clean install. Came back the same day of inspection to fix a very small issue. highly recommended.

I like the fact that a through inspection of my old system was conducted to determine if fixes were possible prior to making recommendations on new equipment. The installation crew was in and out quickly and left a clean work area.

Quinnair was great! From my initial call, Linda was super friendly and helped us schedule an estimate while providing guidance at the same time. We had a new furnace and water heater installed. The in home estimate was quick and educational. The install was seamless and the guys installing were very thorough. They seem to have all elements of the operation in sync. Most of all the met ALL timelines and commitments. Would definitely recommend.

Brian, Clyde, Linda and the installers were polite and accommodating to my needs. I was allowed to install a short bit of drywall in the area before they installed my new furnace. Also. They installed the exterior vents where I preferred for a cleaner look in this old house. And with the new A/C, I'm keeping very cool in these hot summer days. I might have paid a little more but they installed top grade equipment and had a great financing offer. I love my new system!

Quinnair responded quickly to my request for a quote and provided an excellent price. They installed the humidifier on time and in a professional manner. This is an excellent company.

The work quality was excellent, and the installers were professional. I asked for a thermostat to be installed that was out of the company's usual "package" and they were able to accommodate my request.

Quinnair came out and replaced our old boiler for less than some were asking for just repairing the old one. They came out, did the job, did it right and charged a fair price. It has been six months since they put it in and zero issues. We just hired Quinnair to repair our evaporative cooler. It isn't finished yet, but it is working better than ever. The other people said it was beyond repair and a replacement would cost us 4 times more than what we paid Quinnair. Highly recommend them.

Pros and Cons Pros: Honesty. This company will not make you spend a dollar if they think you do not need it. Quite amazing! Almost like one of their goals is to save your money! Quality. Installation was quick and good! Installers are great professionals! I really enjoyed working with them! Everything is about quality and customer support! Again, quite amazing! Personal attention. This company listens to what you need! They never dictate, but gently suggest! Happy customer. They saved me around 50%. (I compared their estimate to other companies.) I am very impressed with Price, Quality and Customer Service. Cons: Sorry, cannot think of any! Lol

Tech did not install flow fitting the first time had to come back. Sales guy promised more air flow upstairs which improved very little.

Quinnair was outstanding. I got 4 bids for the new gas furnace install. Quinnair had the best price by a fair margin. Brian (the owner) also provided great technical knowledge and answered my 1000 questions patiently. He was also able to provide a good solution to a poor return air problem that was set up 15 years ago and most likely contributed to my continual problems with what should have been a good furnace. Katherine and Linda provided great customer servive whenever I called the office. I highly recommend Quinnair.

From the estimate to the installers everyone was very friendly and professional. Followed through as promised and assisted us with Financing and thermostat install as well. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Delivered as promised. Highly recommend.

The work done was to extend my heating/AC to a new addition from the existing HVAC already in place. I was pleased with the work but one part of the contract has not been completed but I was to call to have this done, which I haven't yet.

I am not totally ready to rate this company yet because they are in the middle of installing our central air conditioner unit and duct work. They have run into some set backs, so it is taking a little longer than originally projected.

I only wish I they had installed my unit. The other company whose name I won't mention overcharged me and I know they would have again so I didn't call them. I know the sales person for this company and he told me a couple of years ago to call if I ever ran into trouble. My furnace went out on Christmas day. They came out the next day and fixed it. Extremely fair pricing and great and friendly service.

Called and got an appointment to have the company bid on installing a new air-conditioning unit for my home. The sells rep., Clyde Triplett, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with in getting a bid for a new air-conditioning unit. The bid that was submitted was the one that I finally selected after reviewing three other bids. Their bid was for a larger unit than the other companies included in their bids, they offered a selection of different named brands at the same cost and their bid was the lowest cost. Quinnair had the highest rating of the four companies that I got a bid from. I was glad that I went with them. Quinnair provide service work on the air-conditioning unit and was timely and quick in their service. Their work was excellent and I contracted them to do some addition furnace work. Their service man and installations person were knowledgeable and professional in their work.The office staff people were helpful and profession in their dealings with me. I highly recommend Quinnair Heating & Air Conditioning for you heating and air-condition work that may be needed.

Service and sales personnel very helpful and informative. Everything they promised they did in excellent fashion. Very competitive pricing and quality work. Clyde was and excellent source of information. I highly recommend them and we are using them for additional services.

When dealing with the initial sales rep (Clyde) he stated that they "under promise and over deliver". This seemed to be true. The installers were completely professional and knew what they were doing. I chose to go with a high efficiency furnace and a high efficiency central air unit, and this was not a problem for them. It appears that the high efficiency furnaces are more work for the installers and not really more money for them. They completed the work in about 2 days. The only slight issue I had with the company was that they seemed to be extremely busy, it was done in early summer and the installer had to come back a week later to finish up a part of the job (adding an intake). I also was not warned that the 2 ton unit might make some more noise with my undersized duct work (4").All and all I am satisfied. The price was the best I was able to find as well. Great workers; clean, on-budget. Liked them a lot. Their customer service could use some improvement. When I went to the business to pay the bill, (in the thousands!) I barely received a thank you from the woman who was at the front desk. I would have expected at least a generous thank you and an inquiry as to how the service was.
