"The panels were not installed with double stick tape; all installer use the double stick tape to secure in place the panel so it doesn't fall off while screwing the panel to the side of the Cabinets; this can be verified with any Cabinet Company or Installer; also our Company did not create any holes at the Client's walls; the hole she is referring to is located at one of the hall walls and it was like that when we got there; she actually asked us if we could help her fix it and I guess our Mistake was saying Yes!; we said yes since we had to return to finish the work the next day but our installer forgot the plaster to fix the hole ( as a favor ) and she kept calling us regarding this after our work was completed but we haven't really had any of our guys near her house to do this so now we see she got upset and wrote this negative review on our page; she hired her handyman to fix something that was existing on her wall; we apologized we couldn't do this favor for her but it was a favor, not an obligation. ALSO SEE HER PREVIOUS REVIEW TO OUR COMPANY WHERE SHE RATED US 5 STARS ON JULY, 9TH, 2018."
