I contracted Debra and Thomas Murray to build a deck and perform some misc. projects which led to a couple other projects. To date (8/9/23) work has not been completed. Workmanship was shoddy, materials used were poor and/or used, communication was horrible. Promises and excuses have been the norm thru the whole project. Outside outlet not finished and exposed to weather, storage door will not close, two (2) ladders of ours taken and not returned, firepit broken by crew. I made the big mistake of making final payment and have not seen them and they do not respond to texts or phone calls. Filed complaint with BBB and in the process of suing for recovery of some monies to pay someone else to complete. Debra even screamed at me on phone when I was inquiring about completion date. I have all the texts where conmitments were made and what there were made about.

I donâ t know how this company eve got on your list but I will never use your list again. All they have done is make a really big mess inside and out side . Said it would take 3 weeks and it is going on 3 months and hardly anything is done yet. If your survey would have let me I would have given them a minus stars rating.

Overpriced, job took six weeks when I was told it would only take a few days, poor craftsmanship, project not completed as promised, contractor used repurposed, crooked boards and did not even stain all the materials. I have several pictures to show how bad this fence looks. The posts are still wobbly. I paid thousands for a terrible product.

They were very prompt in returning my call, did the work in just a few days and Iâ ve had excellent results. I would recommend this company.
