Hired this company in February 2020 to replace all my windows and doors with hurricane impact glass. Exactly 3 days after installation and city inspection, one of my windows formed a crack. I informed the owner of R3 and he said he would send somebody out to fix it. Famous last words. Kept after him for 8 months to honor his warranty. He ended up ghosting me. I ended up taking this company to court and won a judgment against them. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Avoid them like the plague!

I read many reviews of multiple companies but was impressed by those of R3 Construction (Hurricane Windows and Doors) and the owner Javier in particular. Everything I read proved to be accurate. Javier truly cares about his customers and his work product. His prices were the best by far (4 bids compared), but Javier and his crew are amazing. His crew worked for two days installing 17 windows and I watched diligently. I never saw them take a break other than a brief lunch. They were courteous, respectful, and thorough. They have procedures to protect your household belongs and keep the worksite very clean. Their finish work ( carpentry, stucco, etc) is amazing. Javier has a great company/ crew and will personally make sure everything is done to the customer s liking. I have already ordered a matching front door to match the beautiful (Lawson) windows. I cannot more highly recommend this company!

Gave good explanation and advice. Was not in a hurry to sign contract. Kept me up to date with progress. Affordable price

From the moment I started working with this company they went above and beyond what was to be expected. I got a quote from a friend who owns a window company and he beat it. He did everything to make sure that I was happy and the work was done correctly. His staff was just as nice as he was and I highly recommend this company don't look anywhere else. Our doors and windows were install fast, and the team was polite and professional. We will definitely recommend Hurricane Doors & Windows.
