Bid me a decent price, took 3 weeks longer to finish than what was bid, also charged $6,000 extra dollars on a pretty straight forward job. Jimâ s a real salesman try and make you feel good type of guy but nothing but a greedy car salesman. The quality of work was fine but while heâ s shaking your hand heâ s robbing your pocket.

R3 Homes did a great job on a remodel project at our second home. The staff at R3 are very customer oriented. They were continually responsive to what we wanted. Whenever there was an issue or a small change, they listened and did what we wanted without question. We also appreciated that R3 continually made suggestions for improvement as they proceeded with the project. Overall, we are very happy with the work that R3 completed for us and would recommend them to others in the Bend/ Redmond Oregon area. They became a trusted business partner to complete our project very professionally and we sincerely appreciated all of the hard work.

We just finished up a primary bath remodel with R3. Jim and crew were honest, fair, accommodating, and did quality work at a reasonable price. When we did have an issue with a subcontractor, Jim stepped up and worked diligently to find acceptable remedies. We would use them again with no hesitation.

We have hired R3 for several projects in two different homes (fences, bathrooms, and now kitchen). Each one has been very well done, on time and on budget. We are very pleased with R3's work and Jim is very diligent in making sure the job is well done. He is onsite with the projects and his crews often and has outstanding customer relations. We have always been kept informed of progress and on the few times that issues cropped up (primarily supplier issues) Jim has worked hard to come to us with recommendations for insuring the job stays on track. The employees and subcontractors that Jim brings to the job have been hardworking, courteous. The job site has always been left clean and neat at the end of the day.

Jim is very knowledgeable and straight forward. He is fair in his bids and comes with a highly skilled team of workers and sub-contractors who are highly professional and very detail oriented. I would highly recommend R3 Homes for any needs that you might have around your home.

I found R3 Homes, LLC to be extremely professional extremely knowledgeable to explain any issues that were unknown and extremely well connected with other services required for the renovation. Valuable resource in problem solving with previous issues unknown prior to contract and provided alternatives.

R3 Homes did a COMPLETE RENOVATION of my 20 year old rental home. New floors, New bathrooms, new ceiling, lighting, kitchen counter, ALL appliances, new Furnish, New hotwater heater, New insulation under the house, managed the new plumbing of the entire house. Replaced the sliding door, replaced the front door. All kitchen cabinet were painted to match the decor. Recommended Mountain Marble in Bend to do my bathroom. Fantastic job and the cost was amazingly affordable. Best of all during the "cold snap" in Feb a water pipe broke and flooded the crawl space. R3 arriving a 6:00 am noticed the problem, cut the water at the main, immediately got a pump and started pumping the water from the crawl space. We contacted the insurance company and R3 coordinated all the necessary info with the agent and continued with the remodel project.. Absolutely the best company I have worked with and I have 12 rental properties around the country. If you want quality, integrity and people who will treat your house like their house - Then R3 is as good as it gets. MG (out of area owner)
