Rick was very quick contacting me for my project. He was patient when I was sorting through multiple bids (20 ) and was helpful with me understanding terminology to compare properly and kept good communication with me throughout wihout being pushy like some other electricians were being. His availability was great and worked for us on the weekend to get things up and running as quick as possible for us. He was very fair with his price estimate and stuck with the same price throughout job even when a few things unexpectedly popped up during the project. He emphasized safety and proper codes and displayed professionalism and good ethical standards. He arrived when he said he would and saw the work to completion and did a very nice job. I would recommend him.

I received service for electric work to a hottub and install of a security camera. The hottub work was not completed correctly. I was advised the work was not up to code and I was over charged for the work performed on the hottub.
