Although RAB responded promptly and was very professional, the roof leak they patched leaked again a few months later, the gate was never properly repaired, and overall I felt that I way overpaid for poor quality work.

I signed a contract n Feb to build a new Floida room. All I got was delays. We are still waiting for town inspection before building can be constructed. Soke to Town and they are unable to inspect because of codes that were not in Blueprints. They are NJ state code laws that were not put into my plans by R.A.B. We are still waiting to see what will happen. As of this date 7/8/2011 the building is on a trailer in my driveway. Other parts are in my backyard and patio. I am hoping this will be corrected real soon. Then I will give all my final rating of this contractor. Right now I'm just hopping it will finally be built!

I am still arguing about the charges, RAB refuses to provide an invoice for the work so I cannot determine if the charges are fair. The original price indicated was increased by 48% when the work was complete even though the scope of work remained the same. Was not givin a receipt for down payment .

I first interviewed RAB for repair of concrete work and discovered that he did landscaping as well. He was the third landscaper I had interviewed. He had a detailed idea and vision of what my back and front yards would look like and took into account what my must-haves were. Throughout the job he was amenable to the small changes I made and was very patient with my many questions. His men were incredible workers, on time, working full days and completing the job in 7 days. RAB came throughout the day to supervise and check in with me to see how I liked what was happening. At the beginning RAB said my place would be transformed and it was.

Called back shortly after my contact with Servicemagic and arranged a next day appointment at a specific hour and came exactly at that time. Richard Belotti (owner RAB) discussed several factors that would effect price; we specified type of stone and agreed on price. A start date and time was set (next day at 8:00 am) and Richard arrived exactly at that time. Richard is especially professional (as was his helper; his son, I believe). I would most certainly use his services again

it was alot of snow but his rate was ridiculous. He had one kid who did all the work and charged me $850.00 to plow driveway and shovel a path to the oil burner. Outrageously priced.

Rich, the main man, was great to work with. He listened and followed through. When he called and said he would be here he was. The guys working on restoring my deck showed up early and worked straight through the day. Rich came during the day to check on the job and see if I had any questions or problems. Originally there was to be a power-wash of the deck, replacement of needed boards and one coat of stain. After doing that first coat, I felt it needed a second coat. No problem It was done. I would gladly recommend RAB to all my friends and family.

He phoned me and came out the next day , took away my screens and I have them back and up and it is Thursday . The job cost a little more than I hoped for but since all the windows were custom I would have had to measure every one and then special order them, which would have taken weeks , I thank you very much and plan to use your service again ....

He was the best he not only completed the job perfectely but he saved us much money with a alternate plan. I am a property manager and will most definetely reccommend him on my other sites.

RAB Landscape did a great job of clearing the snow from my property during the two huge snow storms this past week. My problem with RAB is that their rates are too high. I was charged $200 for the first storm, after my neighbor had cleared the majority of the snow from the curb line to the rear of my cars. The second snow storm, I was charged $300 for the entire drive. I am willing to pay $50/man per hour. RAB had 3 men working for an hour = $150.

They were good, did the back yard. They did a good job, it was great. I was very pleased with everything they did for me, no issues.
