I found Kristopher Thomas at another online service when my PC was refusing to boot up. He showed up within two hours and took the PC for diagnosis, He asked me to use his phone to take a picture of him lifting the PC, then texted me the photo and his # as my receipt! Within 24 hours he had got the machine working, returned it, and charged me only for the diagnosis and his travel time. Recommended!
