The stars were in alignment today as after calling ten handymen, Rich answered his phone and courteously and patiently heard out my problem and background involving a gas leak at one of my rental units. His willingness to come repair a flex line and gas shut off valve immediately really gained my admiration and gratitude. My tenants were without gas service because SDGE shut off the gas at the meter so getting this done ASAP was key, in order to call SDGE back out in time to test. Rich was here at the time he said he would be, he got right to assessing the scope of work and then volunteered to go get the parts needed. When he quoted me his price I presumed it was just his hourly rate without the part, when in fact his price was for both parts and labor! A real lifesaver. Clean, competent work with a smile.
