Tim Joyce saw a post I wrote about needing cement poured for a patio and sent me contact info. I had 4 different companies set up appointments and never showed or called. I contacted RAE and the next day they came out and did my estimate and then did the work in a timely manner. I love my patio. They even put in a message my husband wanted and did a wonderful job.

RAE Contracting did a super job! We are so pleased with the finished product :)

Tim was a joy to work with. The crew showed up each day on time and worked like crazy. They kept us informed all the time. Clean up was great. I would hire them again with out question.

I dealt with Tim Joyce and he was very professional, returned calls in a timely fashion and explained the complications that sometimes arise with insurance companies, clearly. Work done on time, in a professional manner and with superior products. I would and do recommend to all who inquire.

Robert was very professional. Started the job quickly. Did a few extras that weren't in the contract. Cleaned up very well after the job.

150609157I got a call from Robert and within 30 minutes had a time scheduled. He called the water district to shut off water. Plumber showed up on time (the water district did not). Came back after water district shut off water and fixed my leak. Robert made it quick and easy.

Top notch customer service and quality of workmanship. They were quick to contact us and provide bid. They followed through with getting the job done quickly and professionally.

I had a very detailed concrete project. There were multiple "crews" coming and going. Communications were the weak link here, however, the final product turned out very good! I enjoyed each of the workers and appreciated the management of RAE (Carl) in getting this project completed.

Watch for a extra 50 buck add on for final bill for lnstall material had to come back to restrech carpet l am still stepping on staples that is not driven all the way in l keep a hammer handy beware

After replacement of one slope of roof to fix a leak, I not only continued to have a leak, but a secondary leak started as well. RAE Contracting came back 4 times to try to fix the leak but to no avail. After getting second and third opinions from other contractors on the quality of RAEs repair, of which they said was poor, I asked for my money back but RAE Contracting refused to refund it. I was left no choice but to sue them for breach of contract for not successfully repairing the leak. I won the lawsuit and got my money back. I do not recommend hiring them for any job.
